My boy Stevel Marc invited me to a fashion show he produced. This was a showcase of how House Of Monatic interprets the fashion for the winter season, for FNB‘s employees. House Of Monatic is a clothing group that houses fashion brands like Carducci, the newly-launched Carducci Women, C2 (squared), Viyella and many other local men’s labels.
The models strutted their stuff in the foyer which was turned into a runway by just placing chairs on either side of FNB‘s head office in Sandton. The simple ramp proved amazing and it gave the show a refreshing appeal. Below are the collections from Carducci Women, Carducci (Men), C2 and Viyella.

Those are the winter collections from the respective House Of Monatic fashion brands. Who says you can’t be fashionable in winter?
It was a great part of the evening. Naked DJ was on the desks adding hot music to complement the fashion. Sizwe Dhlomo was in the house too, as you may have seen from the pictures above, as a model. The ladies gave him the loudest screams, which he laughed at when I tweeted about it.
